• Once the reverse pickup is arranged, ensure the product is securely sealed and undamaged.
• After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

2. Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Items

• In the event that you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, contact us at hello@mulsecrets.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
• After verification, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
• Note: Please record a video while unboxing the product for verification purposes.

3. Missing Items

• If any item is missing from your order, we will ship the missing item separately. Please note that no refund will be issued for missing items and no return for the entire order is accepted

4. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Allergies or skin reactions: We do not process returns for allergies or skin reactions. Please review the ingredients carefully if you have known allergies.
• Dislike of fragrance or color variations: Our products are made from natural ingredients, which may result in slight variations in fragrance and color.
