Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Once your order is successfully placed on our website, It will take 1-2 business days to process your orders (excluding weekends and holidays). All the orders are carefully packed.

Shipping Methods and Destinations:

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Packages are carefully handed over to the reputed delivery partners to help with the quicker delivery.

Normally it will take 3- 7 working days to deliver the product to you. In exceptional circumstances, such as during festive seasons or in the event of external factors or natural calamities, there is a possibility of a slight delay in delivery.

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at hello@mulsecrets.com within 2 working days of receiving the package.

To cancel your Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid order, please send an email to hello@mulsecrets.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Charges:

During the checkout process, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and presented based on the destination.

For COD orders below Rs. 999/-, a shipping fee of Rs. 50/- will be applicable (Additional Rs. 50 will be applicable for COD).

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS containing tracking number

The policy is applicable for facemasks as well as edibles.

Please note that all the terms and conditions mentioned apply exclusively to purchases made on our official website, Mul Scerts. Any purchases made from sources other than our website should be addressed and resolved through the respective marketplaces involved.
